Buddy up rewards not in post?

I made a new character on a new server and used a buddy up code , I've been playing four days but today when I reached lvl 30 I got nothing. When I look at the front page it says I am receiving buddy up benefits until 12/26/2016 but when I look in my inbox I've got nothing. Anyone else having this problem?

    Only time I stopped getting rewards was when mentor removed me from Friend List, that happened a year ago.

    You have to be level 30 exactly to receive rewards, if you did anything that gave you enough experience to get level 31 from level 29 (Kumas Royale for example), you'll not receive rewards for level 30 anymore.

    I checked and they still have me added I just wonder if there is some weird glitch because of the new update.

    Always been like that. it is also specified in the Buddyup page, there are over 20 thread on forum about that as well... if you skip key level, you skip your reward. In addition, if you use a lvl 60 scrolls, you get lvl 60 box only, not 10-20-30-40-50.

    I remember doing kumas on my sorc and hitting lvl 31 and stil lgetting the reward So in this case I actually know what I am talking about.

    I can assure you that you were lvl 30 before that kuma win, or after kuma AND leveled getting another quest done like I dunno... Daily kuma... cuz this system haven't changed since instored in the game. But once again, you're so sure of yourself, you ask for help and can't admit others are right.

    you can ask support to give you the rewards, i did the same when i accidently leveld from 39 to 41 with kuma daily.
