Okay so according to you, you inspect thru achievement to know when everybody you trade with made their toon? Please... quit being so stubborn. lvl 65 takes 3 hours from 1 to 65, put that time or use a lvl 60 scroll to buy an hour. Here you have a fully capable scammer and still can use Name change Voucher everytime your name is so wrong. People get scammed because they trust, not because they deserve to get scammed.

It's almost like /inspect doesn't exist. See if they have the reasonable gear to tackle the raid. If they try to weasel out and say it's an alt, tell them to sell it on their main. It seems like common sense isn't part of the curriculum these days.

Then I get Guile+12, or at least Slaughter and free enchant it to +12. Let's say that take a week overall. You would agree with me that you wouldn't ever suspect such a player to scam you? Well my friend, I know a dude on my server that change his main's name every weeks or so. Happy birthday, he could scam, he probly do actually...

Point is: Name mean nothing, gear mean nohing, and NOBODY is scamproof. So please, don't be like "it'll work, it's easy to trade and scamproof", it is very easy to scam, and sorry to tell you, but such trades have no support from EME, since *and I quote": "A trade is final once both side agreed and accepted". Give money: gone gone. Sent by parcel? it was agreed...

How does that work? It says for me "You cannot attach Glove Etching: Keen IV" as a parcel

? Do u have to do some special thing to make it work?

Point is you're both arguing about something pointless, The fact this can be sent to other players via parcel is a bug. It's not intended for these items to be traded to other players. You're both going off on your own opinions and biased theory's of scamming. Literally no-one cares; Yes nobody is scamproof but who cares when you put yourself in a risky situation of course theres going to be the chance to be scammed. Parcel trading isn't enforced by EME or anyone it is the byproduct of them being lazy and not noticing this bug or fixing it when they responded to the ticket I posted.

This thread is to show how in the first pic it clearly shows, "Cannot trade" yet you can use the parcel system as a bypass for some reason.

In a perfect world yes of course an item you cannot trade shouldn't be able to be mailed to another player but this is a bug from lack of effort or manpower checking over the new things theyre adding to the game.

Yes, I hate them, that's why I think tanks shouldn't get untradeable healing etchings and healers shouldn't get untradeable threatening etchings.

Your missing the point. Threatening and healing etchings are absolute crap. Reducing the RNG for DPS but not for tanks/healers would be unfair. Healers already get the short end of the stick on too much already...

Don't buy from ppl in Guile with no dungeon experience then if you're so paranoid but only from +15. Who's more likely to clear it often? Derp. Also ever thought he might use lv4 etchings on his own gear first before selling to you? Plus there's a thing called community that makes some people known, those likely to sell you etchings. Your argument makes no sense seriously stop trying so hard to get out of that hole you dug yourself into.

Nobody forces you to buy it, let people judge for themselves.

in eu, and other regions i presume etching 4 boxes are tradable but the etching itself is not... i take it its a regional thing where eme decided to make it that way so people still make use of etching 3 and not significantly make it obsolete or worthless to craft... i respect this decision at the same time i despise it...

those regions already have those 100% crit crafters that drove etching prices to the sink so i don't know where eme is going with this...

If they intended it why wouldn't they make it tradeable via a safe method not a trust parcel method???? its clearly a bug
