It would be nice if we could use the Liberation Scroll on all gear instead of only Awakened gear, or at least Masterwork gear so that we can trade Conflate, Guile, etc.. on the broker.

    The Liberation Scroll can be traded and sold on the broker. Allowing it to be used on all gear instead of just VM gear would help more players out.
