Changers Resetting

Has anyone else had this problem? I have had to re do my height changers on 3 elins about 4 times now, and on my highelf twice. Is there a reason this happens?

    If you use an appearance change voucher, your Shape changers will reset ONLY if you press the default button. NEVER press the default or reset button while doing an appearance change if you have shape changers, cause even if you cancel the process, the changers will reset.

    I assumed that might have been it because i did change them all 1 time at one point but after i reset the changers and they have ben removed again after not changing appearance
