You can defend bluehole or enmasse or whatever but I am right...... Thou I read few topics not relative together and whatever topic are about, there are always plenty of people to disagree and shout about it just to ... disagree and shout about anything :awesome:

I'm not going to whiteknight here, since some issues you raised are valid (the TB problems have been around a long time) but honestly, there were, and are, larger issues in-game for them to deal with, and your whining about mainly fashion issues screams "Petty, entitled child."

I am deeply sorry and I apologize you for being such a baby and take pleasure from looking at characters of mine and other players as I found it fancy. Shame on me.... But since majority of people IF not all buy outfits ... then I could presume that.... 99.9% of players are babies o.O ?
So..since they create soooo many outfits for real cash, they could add those outfits from lvling for real cash at least. And I know not all players like them but it would be nice to have choice.

And of course they have much more things to improve in the game beside my childish little likings BUT as I mentioned in other tera they managed to do it ^o^ (I hate repeating myself :DDDD )

AND whatever I say, if you start to use point 'You behave like a child', you gonna use it towards me no matter what I say, cause it's an argument for lack of arguments :pleased:

Nevertheless I agree, there have been much more problems...

I'm not really sure if the issue with lack of fashion coupon items actually does relate to the cash shop directly, or if it's just really low on the priority list for EME and nobody is "on it". I suppose you might argue that, if the fashion coupons were put on the cash shop, then it might become a higher priority. This may be one of the reasons why EU is quick to put all the fashions on their merchant, since that encourages people to spend money on fashion coupons (even though there's an option to grind).

Generally speaking, I would prefer for this to remain "in-game only", but it's also true that it's sort of languishing as it is, so something should probably be done.

EU's publisher is worse than NA....

I played there for a bit before playing here even though I'm from NA (long story) and they're just... very greedy. It's the reason so many EU players are on NA tera.

It's not like the only two choices in the world are either a) insult them and be disrespectful, or b) say everything is just perfect. This forum has a bit of a culture that is like if you're not angry and mean-spirited enough, you won't be listened to. But all that really does is make EME not want to read the forum at all; you can only take being insulted for things that aren't your fault so many times before you start tuning it out. If every problem is dialed up to 11, the dial doesn't go any higher when there are serious problems (and no, fashion coupons are not the most serious problem this game faces right now). It's easy to say "well, if you'd only stop screwing up, no one would insult you," but I'm quite sure people would find a reason no matter what they do.

Anyway, it's not like you didn't have a valid point, but here's to more civil criticism.

Well you have the point... But doing some thing with a second character - ninja apparently means that they are doing it with premeditation

But yes...you are right... Though you know what? If a player has one problem and then another and another...then the last problem which can be even like this one - not minor, like you wrote - can be they tart to search another game...

I think Tera NA and EU are loosing players and well using 'minor problems' to sell more outfits from shop won't hell them...

Vkobe I didn't see some many characters with the newest stuff from tera shop on EU... so maybe they have more money but not from tera that much...well I think it is connected with players as well...they don't spend money for games that easily...but i can be wrong.

1. Not sure what the problem with not having Brawler/Gunner weapon page on broker. I just limit my search result with the stuff on the top and I find what I want fast, easy, and a lot more accurate than clicking stuff on just the side bars. But really, why do you need this? All I look for in trade broker is materials, potions, costume/skins, innerwear etc. I don't remember the last time looking at weapons other than looking up prices for Starfall weapon for someone else.

2. Majority of people don't even use fashion coupon items from what I see, at least, not as much as before. They're all using costumes/skins from TERA Store anyways. But I'd like to see more options, not just newer classes but the actual in-game armor/weapon appearances. There are few lance that I really liked during leveling but I don't see those on fashion coupon, which is disappointing.

3. I have no idea what you mean by delays, but I see a lot of connection issues/complaints so who knows if it's related?

I can understand frustrations behind these points, so I can agree your points to an extent. But it's not like majority of players are complaining because either they don't care or they saw no response/fixes regarding such issue. Thing is, if they are not too important, there won't be a change; especially if it doesn't directly affect KTERA, so knowing that, let's go down our list....

1. KTERA doesn't have this issue. Not related.

2. If you are complaining about this, you will be terrified to learn that KTERA don't have Fashion Coupons. The closest thing they have is 7-day random costume box, which only contains some of the fashion coupon armor/weapon skins, that costs like 3k Vanguard Credits. Not related.

3. This is more likely to be an issue due to either server or PC. NA Server ≠ KR Server. Not related.

Welp. Looks like nothing will be done. Again.

This was an issue for the entire duration of the previous patch, but is fixed now in this patch. So that's where that one comes from at least.

I agree with the general point that, at least right now, these sorts of issues aren't top priority. They need to put out the fires first. But some of these issues were left to simmer for a long time. There was lots of chaos in the EME team over the last month (producer change, layoffs, more staff changes, etc. etc.) but hopefully thing stabilize enough soon so they can actually fix these second-tier issues.

This feels odd to say, but I'm actually okay with EME at the moment. Earlier last month I had an issue that involved going through customer support, and they responded to my ticket in two days while providing a solution that worked. Their community manager(s?) have been holding streams and events for players with rewards for attending. And lately they've been making an effort to work around the godawful content we keep getting force fed from Korea. Like, a few months ago when Korea tried to give us just 3 vanguards a day and people complained to EME and they got it changed to 6 instead. Or how on the front page of the forum there's a thread for bug fixes and they're going to fix the errors players reported by this Tuesday.

It's a step up from where we were a few months ago, during the "What's what in March" fiasco. And god knows with publishers out there like Nexon NA, EME certainly isn't the worst.

If anything, complain about what the developers on the other side of the world are doing to this game. Every couple of months they release some new disaster that we get stuck dealing with. They remove content (this patch it was kdnm, brnm, brhm, fihm, and dreadspire), they unleash broken new classes (last last patch it was gunner, last patch it was brawler, and now, maybe, ninja), they create imbalance among existing classes (their attempt to balance the healer classes only inverted the issue; their attempt to balance brawler by making it weaker in pvp while ignoring its stuns and crowd controls, etc.), they make old systems obsolete without providing an alternative (dismantling equipment), they randomly change established systems for no reason (enchanting), they release concepts and then refuse to send them to other versions (talents) and they're just ridiculous in general. BHS has proven time and time again to be utterly incompetent. A no-life fanboy living on dorito scraps from the floor of his mother's basement could make better decisions for this game than these developers in Korea who keep making the game worse with each patch. Now Nexon's apparently running the show and I have no idea what that even means anymore.
