"We barely have enough people to do 1 node"...."What, getting more people to DS? Don't be ridiculous, no need to have more people".
You smart good.
Having it at a time where less people are on isn't the same as getting more people to participate at a given time, especially with the limit of once per day per char. If it's earlier in the day it just becomes complaints about it not filling up, which happened the last time this was here anyways. This was unpopular back then, even when it was actually rewarding, now it's not, and still has all the same problems it had before.
Although tbh it is still better if the times were spread out like last time.
I don't even know what you are on about.
Let's assume you are right and the current times are peak hours. You know what else people do during peak hours? 30man raid. You know what people do when there's less people in their guild to do 30man with? They go and look for more solo-oriented content. Like, for example, DS.
Last time, at peak EU time, I had to go there 5min early to get a spot. I've seen the empty nodes last time...at around the time DS is now.
But, yeah, sure, let's complain about nodes not having enough people while simultaneously claiming these are the best times for it. Makes sense.
I never said they were the "best" times. I simply said putting them at a time with less people on doesn't make more people show up. Someone showing up for the 1st DS and not being here for the 2nd doesn't benefit those showing up for the 2nd one in any way. This fact has nothing at all to do with what ever time is convenient for who. From a personal standpoint, an NA based time doesn't even benefit me anyways, they are inconvenient and I would need to adjust my sleep, I just don't complain. I also don't agree with the 1 hour intervals, but that has nothing to do with making times convenient for Europeans (while ignoring the rest of the world...)
It also wouldn't matter if the 30 man raid was here or not either, the event gives much less rewards than before, and none of the issues that people disliked was taken care of. It should be obvious people care about rewards anyways, little reward means no participation.
Nice strawman. Care to try again and, this time, address what the topic is about instead of fabricating a suggestion that you can easily disprove?
Rewards are relative. It comes down to time vs effort vs gain. If the choice is between 30man and DS, people will go 30man. If the choice is between DS and sitting on your thumbs, waiting for some dungeon, people will go DS. You are basically saying that nobody is coming to your water and crackers party and that has nothing to do with the guy next door who's having a wine and cheese party.
Dreamstorm isn't even popular enough to have all the holes be filled. XD
Also DS has so many time slots per week that it's kinda ridiculous.
