So why no santa suit ?
i haven't seen this costume in tera in a long time. would it be possible to add it back in some way ?

OP perhaps they'll come back this year like they did last year with golden gift boxes. If they do you'll need to buy a golden box with EMP and gift it to a friend for a random prize. In return you should end up getting a santa smartbox unless they decide to change it this year.
