    never use full rf if you are over 200ms. Just use the first hit of the skill. You are better using PA

    But if i only use the first hit of rf then i wont get the focus charge?
    Because u need 10 focus stacks right? 3 from SQ and 7 from RF
    So if il use 1 hit of RF il be putting the 25 casting speed in SQ to boost PA am i right?
