Party member health bars missing

Hi guys!
Ever since the new update (F&F) I have experienced issues where my UI is not displaying the health bar of a party member. It displays 3 of the 4 but whomever joins last gets no health bar. I've reset my UI a dozen times, repaired my game files and played around with game settings (even manually moved my UI to see if its hiding somewhere) but nothing has helped.
I'm just wondering if anyone knows how to fix it or at least suffers from the same bug. It's not completely game breakable, but its just annoying and not helpful when the you have to heal.

    I've had this bug happen a couple of times. For a while I thought something must've glitched out and someone's HP bar got hidden behind someone else, though that doesn't seem to be the case.

    Thank God, i thought it was just me having this same issue, its a bit annoying as a healer.

    Is it always the last person who joins the party? Does it stay missing for the entire dungeon?

    i have the exact same issue. it's always the very last person to join, they just don't appear in the UI at all, as a healer it's annoying af. especially if the last person happens to be the tank.
