Undyeable "Dyeable" Costume

I purchased a Dyeable costume for fashion coupons, but when I attempted to dye it blood red, to my disapointment the costume came out black, I've sent a ticket, but En Masse has returned saying that they will not be assisting me in the matter, but I figured it should gain some kind of awareness, I've recorded a Video showing that the costume is dyeable, but will not take any color other than black. I started off showing that my Dye menu is infact working on a piece of armor, and then go on to attempt to dye my Costume. En Masse will not be compensation for the loss of dye or outfit, which was pretty disheartening to hear that a bugs receive no kind of apology or compensation to their users.

    I do agree that is a bug, weird that nobody else reported this before since Fashion coupon is pretty much the oldest skin in-game, so unless you having some weird corrupted files (which I doubt to be honest), I would be willing to blame it on Spellbound patch, since so many bugs happened there and since people are focused on always getting the newest costumes, Fashion coupon may have been forgotten a little :P

    Beside, Come on EME, 1 apo dye, a few fashion coupon droped in an account and possibly an appologize (might wanna investigate which GM responded to this ticket, because this is nothing big)...

    I had to make two tickets cause GM Kalyndus locked me out of my ticket, so I had to submit a new and GM GhostRideTheGolfcart responded saying that EME doesn't compensate players

    This costume is indeed not dyeable. The properties of the item should be changed to reflect that.

    fact of it is, there's a bunch of these Will Power Armors, the one I have "Will Power Armor" and the "Obsidian Will Power Armor" the difference between em? mine says dye-able, same colors, same places, so fact of it is, that there are 2 black will power armors, two have 2, both of which having the same colors, but both are un dye-able seems like a huuuuge slip up by EME
