i know support was at one point backed up and asked us all to show some understanding and patients but now it seems 1 week minimum for even reciving the ticket has become the norm and then a further 2-3 days maybe to fix the problem.
im waiting on a ticket i posted on the 26th..
i hope support is working towards a quicker response time in the future.

yeah, support is great WHEN they finally get around to handling your ticket.
im grateful for all they have done but i do wish they would have a quicker support time tbh
