The launcher doesnt work

in TERA PC - Bug Report
So i downloaded the game installed it but i cant patch it just says calculating time remaining (my longest waiting was 6 hours) so i wrote to the support 4 days ago and still no answer i spend around 2 hours every day by trying to fix it on my own but i cant anyone has some idea what should i do? (i reinstalled the game like 9 times)

    I am having the same problem and have also tried to reinstall multiple times. I have also downloaded the whole game through steam only to open it and have it tell me unable to unzip manifest and have gone through the processes given by en masse on this page http://support.enmasse.com/tera/unable-to-unzip-manifest#Updating none of them worked. I have tried installing through the direct download and the cloud download neither fixed the problem.

    @isillor You may have to contact support on this one. If all these different install methods fail, it's suggesting either a) for some reason you can't connect to a valid patch server, or b) permissions or something else is interfering with your ability to extract the manifest file, or c) some sort of adware or spyware is modifying files in transit and interfering with the launcher.
