how many days to get a response to my ticket?

I want to know how many days did eme take to response tickets. i know that due the holidays the response are delay, but how much? i mean i send a ticket the 27 of past month, its past a week and still nothing. how many days more do i need to wait?

    well, counting only week days, its been 7 days with today. guess im just unlucky thanks for the answer (^_^)/

    It really depend on who answering you. I got a few tickets that was bot-answered, aka answered with a "we won't do anything" after 2 hours submitted. A very few amount of GM actually read the post, that is probly your case. In general, those GM take more time to answer it, but also actually answer your questions. Also, in general those who take time to answer a ticket is because they check what's going on before answering you, instead of answering "We'll investigate". I hope that satisfy you to be patient, and I hope it's not something like "my quest not working" and you've been waiting for a week (seen that on forum many times).

    im waiting for support and its been.. 9 days so far. and i haven't even received a confirmation email telling me they have received my ticket!
