Ping Friendly Class for PvP

I recently leveled a Slayer to 65 and was planning to make another character to use in PvP, my average ping is like 200 ms, looking for opinions on which class would be better for someone like me to use in PvP (hopefully non gender locked classes).

    1. Slayer, Brawler, Ninja, Healer - less dependent with ping
    2. Sorc, Reaper, Gunner with macro burst fire.
    3. Zerker, Archer - Charging time/ skill cancel is much faster with low ping
    4. Lancer - You can guard/ block. But, lancer needs some fast react in pvp and pve. Lancer would be the toughest class with high ping.

    Archer and Sorc (ironically both revamped) decent for mass pvp even on high ping because you don't have very fancy rotations (especially sorc now compared to old sorc which requires a lower ping to be extremely fast)

    All the genderlocked classes, especially reaper. Brawler maybe not so much because of how hard it is to lock people together nowadays.
