Archer's New Crit Cap

Anyone know it? I'm thinking its like around 250 with the new buff, but I would like opinions from people who are more skilled at archers than I am (pretty much everyone lol)

    After 250 the cirt rate degrades. I'm not 100% sure on the rate but I belive on teratoday theres a guide explaining it.

    Normally, Ktera archer get 280 crit as max.

    I would get +220 - +240 max and then invest rest in power somewhere- i currently have exactly +240.

    Depending on your ping, low ping users prioritize rapid fire which has 100% crit chance so they need less crit factor.
    High ping users tend to prioritize penetrating arrow which demands pretty high crit factor to work well.

    Even with higher ping you should still use RF over PA, you just can't focus RF or use the reset glyph for it. RF, even if slower, will be guaranteed crits and remember, PA charges slow and only crits ~50% or so. I suppose unless you're playing with 300 ping. With enough crit for RA/TB to crit 100% seems to be enough. My RF is about 4 mil or so with PA max being 5.4m, while PA had a better high crit it only crit 33% while RF was 98%. So, even with my 120+ ping I'm still better off with RF over PA. I only use PA if everything is on CD or if I have to move around the boss with RA being on cool down.

    In my opinion, with higher ping, if it's not absurdly high, you actually use PA less since RF is too slow to allow you downtime to even charge PA without it stopping you from using RA/TB/RF. Would be nice if RF was changed to a multi-hit ability per cast like Jackhammer is on Brawler.

    I agree, if RF was changed to multi-hit then even high ping players won't have any problem, im playing with a 220-250ms ping and my RF takes 4 secs to fully finished.

    PA is useless. RF is better far away.
    But for etching, im play with 120-150ms, 2 Keen, 1 keen-1 power, 1 Energetic-1 Power or 2 Energetic (?)
    What do you think?

    For an archer with under 60ms ping, would a good crit cap be ~250, or is that a bit high?

    I'm currently in full +12 Guile with two shadowvain, one manorguard and one manorborne, and no etchings.

    People use PA when all other skills are in CD.

    Sure. After Rest Arrow but only use as filler.
