Quickcarve brooch animation disappeared

Hey guys. Normally when I use the brooch there will be an animation of colorful wings appearing but for some odd reason, it stopped suddenly when I used it inside a dungeon. Other people can see it but I cant. I dont use any mods in my game and I tried to reset everything on the options menu but to no avail. Help please :(

    its done it with other animations as well, ccb bubble, mystic auras on hand and the ninja focus skill all have the animations changed or removed also, didn't notice the brooch one till last night.

    You will have to use preset 3 on your graphic to see your animation. Basically; If your computer suck - booho for you.

    Effect Optimiztion setting turns off the effect.

    ohh yeah I didnt notice that I cant see the ccb bubble as well O_O
