The lag is pretty terrible on TR at least. What's the point on spending money on your game to support you when you don't even take care of the servers? It's hard to play when skills don't go off at the right time, etc.

    When i started to play tera (2 years ago or so) i had like "fix" 160 ping, now its 210-220 with spikes every single minutes, its just sucks cuz i cant play, cant enjoy a dungeon or a single boss fight because of that. I'm not playing it anymore, but i really loved that game when i could play. (sorry about sucks english).

    I think is time for EME to consider moving the client to other servers. It is totally unacceptable that the servers are having constant lag issues for over a month already.

    Pls pls pls fix the servers EME. Constant server disconnects and lag are making the game literally UNPLAYABLE

    So, we have the official EME help http://support.enmasse.com/tera/steps-to-reduce-lag but I should add in something.

    - fps drop =/= lag. If your FPS goes down, buy a new PC
    - check if you're playing wifi. Try to play via cable
    - check if you're the only one using the whole bandwith. If someone is torrenting or streaming, you get spikes
    - check your ISP. If he's bundling you with other households, your ping goes down. Try playing 4am local time
    - especially if you're playing from outside NA, check your routing. I'm playing from the EU and was being routed via Hong Kong. This does not help
    - check if your ISP is doing funny routing. Try a VPN (WTFast, Batleping, etc.), they have a free trial period
    - or check routing via tracert http://support.enmasse.com/tera/how-to-run-a-trace-route
    - I had this case where Zayo didn't properly route me through because my ISP set me on IPv6 only
