Hello again. after 9 days of hard work and with the Big Big help of Ranica (a good guy who i met while doing story quest in some desert xD), im finally at lv65!!

1. By watching the crystals of Ranica. i found that his crystals are better than mines and it has 2 different effects.
i asked Ranica where could i get them and he said from Smart Dyad structure, in Battleground shop with 100k credit.
then i wanted to ask if there's another easier way to get those dyads.
2. Im having full +12 guile set now. and Ranica told me that +12 is the max in guile set. do be able to do +15 i need VM gears. then i wanted to ask where can i get those VM gears (not including Imperator set, its too hard to collect all and craft it), with a easier way.

+15 is not supposed to be easy really. Sure you can get the VM gear, but you still need the long and expensive process of getting them to +15.

Since you're in Guile, I'll offer you some suggestions that hopefully gets you the most bang for the buck.
1: dyads. Using normal Niveots is fine for Guile, you really do not have to go out of your way to get Dyads for Guile. The reason being 1: Guile is still a mid tier set and hopefully you will eventually upgrade to best in slot gear which is VM (we are up to your 8th generation of VM, aka VM8, commonly called Ambush). Unlike normal Niveots that you can just take out and move to different equipments, Dyads are bound to your equipment. In other words, Dyads you put in your Guile Weapon or Armor will not be able to transfer to another equipment of the same slot. So this is why most people only go Dyads for VM gear, as VM will guarantee you a long time of use.
2: Regarding Smart Dyads. The way crystals crafting works is thus: You merge 3 niveots with a dyad structure to create a randomly generated dyad. This can be anything. Smart dyads structure reduces the RNG involved by guaranteeing you that the resulting dyad will always be one of the three original niveots as the primary attribute. So if we take this further, we can eliminate RNG all together if we use 3 of them same niveots in conjunction with a smart dyad to create a dyad. For example, if I fuse 3 Hardy Niveots with a smart dyad structure, the resulting dyad will ALWAYS be a Hardy Dyad, with random secondary attribute. So given the way smart dyads work, they are immensely valuable. Now let's look at your crystals, we need varying weapon crystals, and almost always 4x Hardy Crystals. My suggestion is that you use regular Dyad structure (blue) to rng weapon dyads, as you have more chances of getting something you can actually use, and save Smart Dyad Structures specifically to make Hardy, because anything thing else for Armor crystals is practically useless. This saves a lot of frustration and time you need to farm stuff.
Lastly, with VM gear, you can either buy them off broker or craft them. Imperator (VM7) also exist as smart boxes that dropped through rally quest/mongo events etc(I would not recommend trying to craft this as it's near impossible to get recipes now). You may be able to find them on Broker, +15 versions are almost always more expensive given the effort people invested to get the gear to +15 (note: +15 is a pure gambling game of resources and mats, do not attempt this if you are really new in the game). Ambush(VM8) can also be found by killing the three bosses in Civil Unrest, or you gather the mats and recipe and craft it yourself. Again crafting Ambush requires you clear hard mode instances, gather enough mats, get the recipe, and craft.
