Venting out - Dungeon Thief

edited December 2016 in PvE Discussion
I just wanted to get this off of my chest and in my system..

I joined a RMHM learning run yesterday and we cleared 1st and 2nd boss without any problem. Comes the last boss, we failed around 5-7x and the priest and brawler decided to stop as it was already late. We managed to get the boss's hp around 40% as our best.

Mystic left so its me and the other sorc who were left at the party. We decided to continue and look for Mystic, Priest and Tank. The mystic we had before re-joined the party.

Priest and Lancer joined same guild - we told em that the other sorc had 0 clears, me has 4 clears and mystic has 1 as I remember correctly.

He never said anything back, then around 70% tank said he has to go for emergency then left. Priest said unstuck so pt did and boss was reset. He asked me to stay inside, then notice that the other sorc got kicked later on I was kicked too.

My point is - he should've just left the party if he don't want a slow run.. I know that if he does that then he'll waste one of his run but doesn't he have reset scroll if he is so "pro"..

I whispered him "wow" "you could've just left" and never got any answer.

RUDE!

Convert the party to a raid next time you see this happening, it's all that you can do. It prevents the people they invite from being able to enter the dungeon since it's a raid. They probably joined specifically to take the run from you since the 1st boss is boring. People before used to pay inexperienced groups to get to the 3rd boss to save time, and they basically got that for free.
  • How do you get kicked without everyone agreeing to the kick isn't that something in the game?

Not many people really know it honestly, and I don't think it's a good idea to explain how to do either of them. The ways I know how to are mostly just loopholes in the system (the game is full of them), with another being some sort of bug that I personally don't know how to do; although in the case of this thread they did it the first way since their accomplice had left.
