Routing Issues
So, judging by the news post released today, we're totally ignoring the fact that a large portion of the playerbase is lagging at any given time due to routing issues. You, yourselves, keep fooling with the routes, so you're obviously aware there's a problem. Zayo on one week, off the next, on the week after again. That doesn't fix anything. Pretending the only lag issues were caused by Dreamstorm (the routing lag started WAY before Dreamstorm came back) or DDoS attacks is beyond outrageous.
I don't care about compensation for endless lag. I want to know when or if I'll ever be able to reliably play again. I'm sure I'm not the only one that was expecting the much-anticipated news post to at least acknowledge the routing issues.
And before any white knights come in saying "but it's not their fault!" - yes, I realize that, but this is an issue that's not just affecting a handful of players. And suggesting that we pay for a VPN to fix the issue on top of paying a sub for elite in an F2P game is beyond insane. I'd rather waste money elsewhere if I'm just going to throw it away.
