HELP! Error report 0109:0000
So basically I have got two characters on the server Tempest Reach, one named Matsubaku and Matsubaki (lvl 50-51). Yesterday (December 14th after the maintainance) when I was questing in Kaiator with Matsubaki, I was supposed to take the pegasus to a city called Sylvanoth, Dragonfall, that's when my game crashed and got shut down immediately with the error report 0109:0000. The report is telling me that the client file is either missing or corrupted.
I tried to do some researches to figure out what might have caused the problem. At first I thought there were launching problems so I replaced my old files after following some steps on Tera's website then I repaired the launcher a few times, but the same error still occured and I had no access to my character Matsubaki. Keep in mind that I have deleted the en.version and replaced the game version as well as deleting live2.launcher.version.
Since I was not able to access my character Matsubaki I switched to my other character Matsubaku and leveled it up from lvl 47-51 (both on the same quest from Kaiator to Sylvanoth, Dragonfall) to see if the same error occured. I came accross just a few forums with the same error report and I believe that my characters were not automatically saved on a safe spot, which might be by I can't access any of my characters since they both bugged out on the same spot outside of Kaiator Outskirts. Unfortunately I could not find any answer to why the pegasus would bug out on the exact same spot.
I sent a support ticket yesterday at 4pm, but it seems like no one has seen the ticket yet and I was wondering is there any way you guys could help me fix the error 0109? I thought maybe moving both of my characters to the main city of Kaiator would solve the problem.
Note! I have no problems using the pegasus anywhere else other than Kaiator to Sylvanoth. The error message popped up when I was about to enter the little tunnel after taking off the pegasus, which is when the game shut down competely and won't load in the character selection. Other than that, the game works fine and I have never had issues with the game since I started 2 years ago. The only thing I have not tried yet is to reinstalled the game. If I can't receieve any help I may as well try to reinstall and hope for the best. I hope to receieve help as fast as possible if someone knows what's causing the error. Thanks anyway!:)
