Buddy Up System
Is there any other way to become available for Buddy Up Rewards besides not playing for 30 days? Also when the "Lunar Dancer" comes to NA will they let players who are active be eligible for Buddy Up without the 30 day wait?

As start, you will get only 2 slot. And using BuddyUp code, you will get another 2 character slots so in total is 4 character slots?
No, another account will have the starting 2 character slots per server, as usual. And since it's a new account, one character will be eligible for the BuddyUp. They're just saying that making a new account technically gives you 2 free character slots.
