The Wintera rewards are the exact same as last year. Literally. They even use the same tokens that have a note saying they be removed in January of 2019, not 2020, and since last year's rewards were terrible, this years are too.

Don't know what the silverblue pendant is, but I'm pretty sure you don't need the rest of them. You get 3 items from the level 68 yellow quests, something like "Leave Authorization." You do need to keep those for the level 69 quest.
