And as a follow up, if anyone else is reading in here. As of 12:55pm cst, per Cobaltdragon on discord, the problem with log in event has been resolved.

Yup. Tried on 7 characters before they disabled it yesterday because it was bugged. Just tried it again 10 minutes ago, still days under maintenance.

So UTC is 7 hours ahead of pacific. I guess what threw me off was not being able to claim the log in event day 1 reward. Thought I screwed everything up! Thanks man!

Just a heads up, but the game won't actually let you delete mail that has an item or items attached to it still. It'll push out a message along the lines of claim your items and try again. At least it did for me the few times i was deleting parcel m…

I think you can buy the 64 avatar weapon from a npc in highwatch for vanguard credits? That should stop the shards from dropping if you can't combine them.

@DatGeek Check Parcel Post on your characters, it went to the first character you logged in after the event started. The level 10 box is bankable, but once you open it then it's soulbound to that character. You only get 1 box chain for your account.
