I voted Valkyrie because I certainly do not want Moondancer. It kinda looks tacky. I don't see how Valkyrie is relevant but at least it has a ring to it, so might as well support what I think is the better of the two leading choices.

LK's scroll is bundled together with Ruinous Manor's since both dungeons are in the same location, close to each other. You are looking for the "Keep and Manor teleport scroll" at the specialty store.

Selling runs can't be prevented. Indeed, nothing stops 29 persons from carrying a 30th and selling the brooch in that way. It's more than doable.
