I think but id have to test again there was a pause in the depletion of rage while using attacks but that may not be happening after the maintenance either someone should check it out

There currently isnt server transfers but it will probably come eventually unless you have a ton of stuff you might as well reroll and ask if items could be transferred in a support ticket they probably won't but worth a shot

I think its more of a hypothetical question his items say soulbound to bloopbloop and if he banks it and makes another bloopbloop would he be able to get that same gear. I would think most likely not and there isn't a real reason too.
