This is already stated in news, BHS is developing console version to release it in NA and EU first then maybe Far East (Korea, Japan and China) after. Which means, we get to test it before Asians make comment on it.

BHS is already developing TERA themed VR game right now as well as console port. But forget the optimization.. they decided to dumb down skill effect to reduce lag instead.
