Currently guild levelling/ XP is not implemented into the game... when it get patched in we will be able to do guild quests, personalise the guild ranks more and unlock guild halls.

one was a Riding skill which should be transferable and the other was a Dragon egg, i cant remember if that was. Most of the items should be transferable i believe.

Hello! If you hold down the menu button you have the option to roll or not! if the weapon or armour piece is something you cant roll for it wont let you roll anyway! (this is mainly for end game dungeons at 65 BTW)
