  • It should be in the Highwatch Vanguard merchant. The same place you would use your vanguard credits for masterwork alk boxes and un-common skill glyphs. Unless it was added to there at a later time, it should be there.

  • It does say "Get Elite for PC" on there though, and to make things easier, just remember that anything store related on this website is directed to PC Tera except for the Console Founders pack.

  • The reason why this site was showing you had 0 EMP was because this site uses the PC version for your EMP. So once you redownload the game, you should see that you have your characters, and EMP.

  • I believe Runes can be bought from the shops near the crafting centers in main cities (ex: Velika, Highwatch etc). There is a material shops at the crafting centers that sell Runes and some other basic materials like hides.
