There are so many bugs to the rally quest system, it's honestly baffling. Also, this bug happened today on multiple servers. I'll say that much.

The cooldown seems a LOT less than 120 seconds. I counted the procs in a 2minute fight and i got a third proc off at ~1:45minutes into a fight. Only have the royal version, so I have n oidea how often this would proc with both mounts.

The movespeed aura sounds really broken for the new GvG. Since you can farm it, it's not very P2W though, depending on how many tokens/credits it is to actually get it.

The timer for steadfast tokens appears to be per account, as I got tokens on my gunner after 30 mins with 30mins previously on my ninja. Non-bankable though... which means now i'm more invested on my gunner now.. WTB bankable tokens.
