It is a hack, I've brought it up on forums before but the gm's don't care honestly, they're packet injecting skills with some program so they can make it like they are playing at 10ms when they aren't.

Only the mongo time isn't good, because the drops are good. In the 7 hours of mongo i got almost 400 catalysts.
