It has a 1 in 10 chance of 'glitching' if we are thinking the same thing. On a spell that has that long of a cooldown, it doesn't even come close to being a reliable comparison

I would say not even close honestly. Depends a lot on the "buffed all the same skills + HT, MS and OS" by how much %? Because 10% castspeed/damage to your 3 filler skills is negligible. Backstab buff will help a lot though
