I’m not sure if there has been any updates since I left, but it’s gotten worse. Currently in a 1 spot available only medium density “server” and it’s been freezing for even long periods of time. Still mustering through.

And does the lag happen as bad on the PC version? Can you at least connect and play in dungeons without dropping out for no good reason? I should have just started this on PC at this rate.

I did play ffxi on the ps2 with the hard drive. I don’t even remember lagging that bad there. Maybe in Jeuno. That was about 15 years ago tho so who knows. To even have to compare lag to an older generation console and 15-20 year old game is bad eno…

I’ve been through several. Ffxi. Ffxiv. The first and the second one. All of the phantasy Star Online Series, Rift.. the miserable guild wars 2.. and many more.. never once have I lagged immediately or this bad in any of them even in the first week.…

The lag outside of towns is manageable, hasn’t crashes or gotten me killed. But the 2 second freezing and catching back up crap is annoying. I truly hope this gets fixed. If it doesn’t, it’s still fun to play. I don’t lag in dungeons. But yes, they …

So the cooldown on traverse cut is 10 seconds, the buff that shows up on screen is 7 seconds.. I’m so confused >.<
