Like others have said, Chunt's guide is great. Specifically make sure that you are only casting the first shot of Final Salvo, as that is usually the problem I see most decent archers still do.

Korea's damage is actually higher than our version. That's why Lancer wallops were critting for 4 million with Lucid +15 on SCHM. So yes the archer buffs are fantastic, but it's just a buff for crit chance, not damage at all.
