I can buy things ingame, and I have bought things from the webstore in the past (returning player). For reference: my brother has no issues buying anything, and we've tried on both computers. It seems solely related to my account.

Definitely was/am logged in, issue still persists. I can see how much EMP the account is holding, I can go to account settings, go to support, etc- The only thing I can't do is purchase anything on the store, or subscribe for an elite membership. …
