You have to be in the same zone and the same channel. For instance your in velika and you are in channel 3 and he is in channel 1, for you to inv him he has to come to the channel u are in (3) then meet up and inv. Yes the inv system is quite odd…

I tried reset as well but is the same like unstuck does not work. When i teleport back to the quest i was it is the same issue NPC does not spawn and the force field blocks the path. Nice when they don't evben add a reset quest option...
