I'd say get to lvl 65 with the questline that starts outside of Velika and once you have some gear, solo it then.

You do quests at both the beach and Balder's Refuge area. Some people do them on many characters a day too since the tokens are bankable. Kinda late now tho since the event will end tomorrow.

Nostrums are cheap, unlike Braveries/Canaphoras which aren't even tradable (except a variant of the strong ones, which aren't cheap). Plus if you have Elite, you basically have an infinite nostrum.
