tera's located in a really low quality datacenter for realtime applications, so these things happen pretty often. just use a vpn or get used to the insane ping spikes.

Make sure to leave a pixel between your chat and the edge of the screen, if it's anything like the old UI, sometimes having 0 or fewer pixels between the edge and elements makes them reset randomly.

yes mounts are character bound, if you delete the character you lose the mount. the only exception is account-bound ones, which will be in the appropriate tab of item claim

one of those drops around level 40 iirc? i can't remember but i do remember needing a char in that level range to farm them

If you're talking about 0111:0001, you probably need to either remove a line from your hosts file, or disable a firewall/vpn/antivirus that's blocking tera's connection.

Proxy is not the answer.. if they explicitly allow/support dps meter/moongourd, and/or remove xigncode, a huge portion of players will come back even without proxy. Of course, based on ktc's newspost they think proxy and dps meter are the same thing…
