update all your drivers, not just gpu. sounds to me like it could be your graphics drivers or something

The only sort of "Mod" that ive done, was use SweetFX, to make tera look pretty o; I removed SweetFX tho, so no idea why its doing this, since my files should be pretty much original and unmodded atm... Trying a client repair right now o3o
