Nothing will make EU better than NA. EME gladly is doing better these days, but currently EME needs 1 or 2 more staff, I believe, to make things easier for the current team which are having heavy duties.

There is a Banner, on Right of the screen on Character selection screen, it is blue if I remember correctly, there is a Hot Casta female Banner. Click on it, you can reserve the name, be careful, you can't change it after accepting it.

Strong box event is for the rich, Slowly moves aside and walks away. I hate it actually, those pop ups continuously slaps you in the face and says: Suffer you poor, Suffer :cry:
