They have their own scrolls, it was intended by BHS. you can buy their scrolls from VG merchant, or as dungeon drops or with Elite Consumable boxes.

Run EME Diag tool, see what you see. It could be an internet problem, see if any vpn or ip changer apps like Freegate will help. If nothing helped, file a support I think.

Everyone said why are you playing a dying game 3 years ago. Those people I don't even see them, but I still playing Tera and enjoying my many cute/badass/angry/funny/crazy/popo/Elin/Femani characters. There are many more like me. Tera FOREVER.

I think they are fixing something, so getting into the servers is down for now, I was trying to see which Char get my Kyra stuff lol PS: would be nice to get an update tho, even my wireless internet is messing with meh now O.o
