(Quote) Wish granted, both of these are already true.

(Quote) Where exactly in my post did I say it was balanced? I fully admitted that Slayer dps was above average at the time and was broken when you got ICB RNG. In regards to pvp, yes you are bad if you are dying strictly to an ICB>BS combo as it…

(Quote) Nah, the first release of one was in October of 2015. Hence it was around a year after the period we're talking about.
-
(Quote) Wow, the amount of salt in this post is amazing. First, while Slayer was an above average dps for a brief period of time it was only at the level of "new class" broken when you managed to get good ICB RNG. Moreover, since there w…

Personally I don't see why people are complaining about drops when they're better than they've ever been for an endgame dungeon. But then again, this is 2017 where if people don't get what they want right away they will continue to cry about it unti…

@spacecats Since you are allowing us to speak about 3rd party programs and mods, I'll give my two cents. Instead of outright banning player for using them I personally believe that the best scenario for both EME and us players is to properly regula…

(Quote) No, my argument is that the server doesn't "wait up" for people with a higher latency than you. So instead of everyone lagging because of a single person with high ping only the person with the high ping will have the lag.
-
(Quote) Actually, someone else lagging won't cause you to lag as well (in Tera). EME released an infographic a few years back that explained how exactly the servers work, I'll try to dig it up later.

(Quote) How exactly do you know this? As far as I'm aware EME has not made a statement where they said that their decision to switch back from Savvis to Zayo was because they calculated out which provider was best for the majority of their customer…

(Quote) (Quote) Irony. . .

Personally, whenever EME switches their ISP for the servers from Savvis to Zayo my ping doubles from ~70 to ~140. This is due to a massive increase in ping while traveling through Zayo nodes and there is little that can be done other than using a VP…
