It’s legendary. It also pops up on the wrong characters ( smfh rng) I opened 100 on my mystic looking for golden talents and got 2! Decided to test my luck yesterday and opened 1.5k chests and didn’t get one on my main ;0;

Idk about anyone one else but my ping has been worse lately. I usually run with 50-90 ping but it’s been on a constant 130+ which is killing me cause not used to this delay in skills. Smh

I think you get it for having recently purchased emp. I bought some Thursday and I remember reading something about “recent” emp purchases. Cause I just checked and I have 500 as well.
