Yes, because it's having to check all of your games files. It will be very slow at patching for the first time but its insanely fast after that.

Yeah only when people AFK in CS it's not good for anyone involved more so if its an AFK leader big yikes. I do agree they should calm it down on shorehold though.

Not every event that comes out is for level 65 players, sometimes they toss events out for low level players to hit 65 so they can begin their real Grind to 70.
