The VM gear( the gear you can up to +15 ) is bis for pve and pvp. Just the rolls will be different if you are a pve boy or pvp boy. Currently the vm8 which is the ambush set.

I have the same issue. I was doing my dailies when the game crashed. Now every time i try to log in the game crashes.

Nexus feats award score. There are also instances and raid wich are not currently present in the game. Other than that you can pretty much do all progression, explo, quests and secondaries feats.
