Deal with it. Dungeons in Tera made sense up till Manaya's Core, where each boss actually meant smth, and the dungeon itself was a real dungeon, not just two or three rooms with random bosses.

Blue - random drops in high ilvl dungeons and from crystal boxes. Yellow - random events. The gear we're getting next patch next week won't have crystal slots, so unless you have HO gear, don't bother.
