it's inconsistent and occurs in dungeons with 15 min CD skills such as grace of resurrection when you teleport. don't defend their incompetence please

alliance chat has been helpful many times during skyring problems since you can't communicate with the other team otherwise having said that, you can't communicate cross-server either, but it was still helpful if you were lucky!
