I would say no, its not worth playing in US, not for the Proxy stuff, but for the state of the game in NA right now. TERA NA its not friendly for newbies or for people who came back, you will get flamed by the playerbase if you die more than 3 times…

I can confirm that using the UI reduces fps lag! :3 i was able to play at preset 5 at guardian quests with no fps drop at all somehow
