Yes, the voucher is tradable and can be sold on the broker. If you buy it from the broker, there is a % fee that you will pay. If you buy it from the store, then list it on the broker, you'll pay a listing fee.

65 and 12 keys and a bunch of temp stuff. One 7 day battle thrush which is good. 4 emeralds as well as the mittens. Total play time 5 hrs 30 minutes.

Nothing in the patch notes about a free slot, only the ability to have 1 more char per server. Players can now create up to 22 characters per server.
