  • it is called lag. Relogging, restarting, rebooting doesn't help, done all of the above and this has been happening for awhile

  • Whomever accepts the quest has the RIGHT to CHOOSE what time to summon the bam, or not summon it, if thats what they decide. There is nothing that says they have to summon it right away
